Lynette Laming of Laming Property came highly recommended and certainly did not disappoint on any level.

Speaking as a licensed Real Estate agent in Melbourne for over 40 years, I knew it would not be an easy task to appoint a knowledgeable and reliable Real Estate agent in Sydney to lease my 94 year old mothers Rose Bay apartment, now that she had entered an age care facility and the apartment had not had a cent spent on it for over 30 years!  

Lynette Laming's knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act proved to be second to none, as did her knowledge of the local leasing market. Her willingness to assist and diligently perform so many necessary repairs and presentation tasks, enabling the apartment to be leased in just one day to a well qualified tenant at an excellent rental frankly surprised me as did her excellent communication skills and her overall professionalism.

Would I recommend Lynette’s services?  Without hesitation  and, a BIG thank you Lynette!
