Maintenance: For prompt attention, please message our office via your tenant's portal and our office or relevant trades person will be in contact with you shortly.

Emergencies ONLY :  If out of office hours or during a holiday period, please see details below contact details for our emergency Plumber or Electrician or contact your Building Manager or Concierge if applicable.  If not able to reach by phone, please also send a text message. If you are residing in an apartment building and the issue is located on or coming from outside your apartment, (i.e.: a burst pipe from outside the apartment which is flooding into your apartment, building without power) you may firstly like to contact your building's Strata Agent via their direct emergency numbers which can usually be found on your building notice board. If a burst pipe within your apartment (ie: under sink, or from dishwasher), please contact our plumber, details below.

If no power or light supply, please check if neighbours or local area also do not have power.  If isolated to your property, please try unplugging all electrical items and plug back in one by one, as may be one a appliance which is tripping the safe switch, before call our after hours electrician.
